
Our Fee Structure
We strive to provide quality service for fixed legal fees so our clients know upfront the costs associated with their legal matter. The fees listed might vary slightly depending on the location in Puerto Rico where service will be provided.

Inheritance
$750.00 Declaration of Heirs (Court Resolution only)
$500.00 Treasury Department Waiver
$500.00 Instancias (does not include presentation in Property Registry)
**We will handle the entire process, including presentation of the Instancias in the Property Registry for a fee of 12% of the Estate and an initial deposit of $500.00**
All fees include costs and filing fees.

Divorce
$500.00 Divorce through Notary (Escritura) (both parties have to sign)
$800.00 Summary Divorce (both parties have to sign petition)
$1,000.00 Ordinary divorce with personal service to other party
$1,400.00 Ordinary divorce with service through publication of edicts.
All fees include costs and filing fees

Notary Work
$350.00 Power of Attorney (General)
$450.00 Power of Attorney (Durable)
$450.00 Validation (protocolizar) of Power of Attorney from outside PR
$350.00 Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements
$500.00 Basic Last Will and Testament
$450.00 Emancipation of Minors
$350.00 Marriage Services (In office)
Fees of other notary services including contracts, deeds of sale, sworn statements, etc. will vary depending on the complexity of the service.

Validation of Sentences/Decrees/Embargo Orders (Exequatur)
$1,500.00 Starting Fee
Final fee will depend upon the complexity of the matter to be validated, but will be established before engaging our services.

Review of Ongoing Case/Process
$500.00 Deposit
* The deposit will be credited to legal fees if client engages our services after the review.
**As per the code of Ethics that regulates the legal profession in Puerto Rico, there cannot be an attorney of record in an ongoing case for us to be able to review it. If there is, it is the client's responsibility to request the attorney's withdrawal from the case before we are able to review. Proof of withdrawal must be provided with the documentation to be reviewed.
